One Year Warranty against all workmanship deficiencies.
- All appliances, fixtures, and equipment are covered by their manufacturers’ warranties.
- We will repair cracked or loose tiles one time during the one year warranty period.
- We will repair settling cracks on drywall and nail pops one time during the one year warranty period.

The following items are not covered under the warranty:
- Trees, plants and grass.
- Erosion and sunken utility lines.
- Settling cracks in porches, drives, walks, patios, stoops, floor and garage slabs, stucco or tile grout. The following cracks are not considered to be structural deficiencies: block walls <1/8″wide; concrete slab <1/4″wide or 3/16″ in vertical displacement; stucco <1/8″wide; drywall <1/8″wide

2-10 Homebuyers Warranty provides comprehensive protection against QUALIFIED STRUCTURAL FAILURES to the load bearing systems of the homes for afull ten years from day of closing. A structural defect is defined as: damage caused by failure of one of the following load bearing elements and must be to the extent that the house becomes unsafe, unsanitary, or otherwise unlivable.
- Foundation system and footings
- Beams
- Girders
- Lintels
- Structural Columns
- Structural Walls/Partitions
- Floor systems
- Roof framing System

The items listed below are strictly homeowner maintenance items according to the 2-10 Homebuyer Warranty Policy. Although customers often assume these items are warrantied, the following items are NOT covered under warranty after closing.
- Marks, scratches, and tears in vinyl floor coverings
- Chips and scratches in porcelain products. (Bathtubs, sinks, and toilets)
- Torn screens including porch and pool enclosures.
- Marks, scratches, or chips in Formica cabinets and tops.
- Scratches or chips in appliances.
- Broken globes on light fixtures.
- Broken or scratched mirrors or glass.
- Grout or caulk cracks.
- Sod & Landscaping.
- Cracks in drywalls
- Exterior concrete cracks
- Stucco cracks under 1/8 inch in widths.
- Chips in the tiles.
- Paint touch-ups.
- Sprinkler heads. (Not in 2-10 Warranty Policy)
- Condensation due to moisture in climatic conditions.
- Swimming pool finish
